The project is the new station’s gallery bridging over the tracks and platforms will link two currently disconnected and distinct areas of the city: the less dense residential area in the north with the historic city in the south.

Cimolai was awarded to design and supply the interior of the bridging station including 11,000 m2 of insulating and non-insulating glass, aluminium panels, stick system facades and glazed balustrades.
