The project is a refurbishment up to the 7th floor of the internal atrium of the building situated at 335 Madison Avenue, adjacent to the Grand Central Station.

Cimolai was appointed as the façade contractor to design, furnish and install the envelope package of the internal atrium using innovative and prestigious materials such as synthetic concrete for the columns covers, portals and entrances in brass and serrated glass obtained through engraving to achieve the performance of low visibility and safety between the office floors and the main atrium.
