The professional profiles we look for

Project Manager

He manages orders in the technical-economic field, reporting to the technical sales manager. In operational terms, he draws up and updates the order budget and the work plan, coordinates the technical office and check the order productivity.

Design manager

He is the contact person for the design team, which he oversees, communicating the expectations for the project.

He is responsible for:

  • the timing of project development and delivery and budget management in front of the project manager;
  • the technical aspects of the project in front of clients, technical partners (architectural firms) and the main contractor.

Design team leader

This is the person who coordinates the designers of the design team in order to meet the project timelines defined with the design manager.

He must ensure:

  • the team’s growth in terms of motivation and competence;
  • the proper execution of the project through a common technical solution;
  • adherence to the approved design hour budget.

Designer

Member of the design team, he develops the design solution to meet the client’s needs. He deals with drafting of material take-offs, elaboration of architectural and fabrication drawings, issuing material orders and processing of technical drawings for the construction site.

Senior Buyer

This figure independently manages the procurement of goods and services of both primary and secondary value, including economic negotiations. In addition, he interacts with the procurement manager for the definition of delivery times and manages any material under processing agreement.
