The project is part of the most important renovation work currently underway in London – Future Olympia, a historic exhibition center in the Fulham – Hammersmith district.

The redevelopment will change its use to accommodate a luxury hotel, a theatre and a prestigious school.

The scope of work includes the construction of approximately 7,000 square meters of envelope, which includes a glass-aluminium cell curtain wall, ribbon façades and GRC cladding with the characteristic modern-style exposed English brickwork. 

The large roof skylight, the stainless-steel balustrade, the canopies protecting the entrance to the school and the hotel, and the typical painted steel doors and windows reminiscent of late 19th century London architecture complete the work.
